Returns

Would you like to return an order? No problem!

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt if they meet the following conditions:

  • Original condition: The product is unused, contains all original parts, and is returned accordingly.

  • Hygiene: Products involving hygiene must be carefully cleaned.

  • Undamaged: Items must not show signs of damage due to careless use.

  • Defects: Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

We process returns within 7 business days after receipt and reserve the right to refuse returns where there is suspicion of use or damage due to negligence.

Non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Socks

  • Lingerie

  • Other products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons.

Sealing
These products are delivered sealed.
If the seal is broken after delivery, the right of withdrawal expires and the item cannot be returned.
However, products with an intact seal may be returned in accordance with our general return policy.

How to return your order

Send us an email at Info@maisonalura.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (in case of damage)

  • First and last name

  • Address details

You will receive a return address from us. Never return to the sender.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the final goods.

Important notes:

  • Cancelling an order in transit: Due to our fully automated system, we cannot interrupt the shipping process. You may return the order after you have received it.

  • Return handling: The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund your payment (including standard shipping fees) within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method as used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping from Asia

Our items are shipped from Asia, so delivery times may vary. If your order is already in transit, please wait until you receive it before starting the return process.

Sale items cannot be exchanged, even in the case of incorrect sizing. Please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing.
